Position Summary: Account Executive, specializing in selling value added solutions for Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics
We seek a results-driven professional with proven SaaS sales experience selling CRM applications or value added solutions to Sales, Services, and Customer Support organizations. This role is responsible for generating new business with target accounts that have Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics as their CRM solution.
The Account Executive (AE) is responsible for meeting an individual sales quota by closing new business in markets where Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics is widely sold and deployed. Ideal targets are Sales, Services, and Customer Support organizations in technology companies and financial services firms.
A proven track record of exceeding quota in a SaaS-based sales role is required.
S/he will manage the entire sales cycle from targeting through discovery, proposal, and close. S/he will drive solution sales initiatives to a mix of existing enterprise customers and new logo opportunities. In addition, s/he will forecast sales activity and drive revenue, while providing unparalleled customer satisfaction that can be referenced in future sales opportunities.
An ideal candidate will have:
- 3 years of sales experience and a proven track record selling CRM or value added software applications to Sales, Services and Customer Support organizations
- Experience selling add on solutions to Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics is required
- Solid sales strategy experience, selling to senior Sales, Marketing, and Services business leaders
- A proven track record of success in high-growth, fast-paced, early-stage technology companies
- Strong professional and consultative sales methodology
- Top notch formal and professional selling skills
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- The ability to thrive in a team selling environment
- Bachelor’s degree required
