Business Process Analyst Intern

We are seeking a Business Process Analyst to help us optimize our new customer relationship management tool. It is a feature-rich cloud-based platform designed for customer engagement, events management, billing, and marketing, and we are actively migrating our current business processes into this system. The analyst will work closely with our Director of Content Technology and with the makers of the CRM cloud-based tool to help identify areas where we can automate and optimize our work. The person in this role will also spend significant time with members of our team to identify the state of their current processes, understand their challenges, and develop plans to use the CRM to automate and streamline their work.
Some additional responsibilities include: Trouble shooting issues to determine if they are system or user errors, assisting in building an internal training platform for employees, assisting in implementing new automated lead generation programs, and last but not least: breaking things and learning what not to do again.
This is a great role for an early career, mission driven individual, and will report to the Director of Content Technology. As a paid internship, we expect this to be a 30 hour a week role, starting as soon as possible and ending in mid August. - 2+ years professional experience, including some technology industry account or relationship management
- Bachelor's degree, ideally in business or related field
- Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and passion for getting things done right and on time
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
