Customer Care/IT Engineer

Sonexis Technology, Inc. is a global leading provider of in-house audio/web/video conferencing platforms for the enterprise.  A subsidiary of Compunetix with headquarters in Pittsburgh, PA, and a Technology Center in Tewksbury, MA - Sonexis has set new standards for ease of use and security for on premise conferencing platforms.

We are seeking a bright, personable, highly motivated individual to join our Customer Care and IT organization to maintain internal and collocation infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining internal and collocation infrastructure
  • Answering customer emails/phone calls
  • Performing installations and trainings

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably a BSEE or BSCS
  • MCSE or Cisco experience/certification a plus
  • 3 years high tech customer service
  • Emphasis on Microsoft OS (client and server), networking (routers/switches)
  • Telephony experience (VoIP and TDM) a plus.
  • Ability to travel 50% nationwide
