The Visual Communications Program Manager will initiate, plan and implement projects on a global scale. Projects will cover a broad scope of technologies used within BCG. In addition, will serve as a Business Analyst supporting the Quick Wins and Innovation Center to help identify and resolve issues with a critical impact on service delivery.
Program Manager for worldwide IT projects and initiatives
Follows functional guidance as provided by IT Senior Program Manager
Coordination of internal and external resources related to Enterprise IT projects
Preparing and controlling of project budgets
Assisting in the selection, evaluation and approval of technical standards and procedures
External vendor selection, communication and management
Presents and communicates to management
Performs other duties as assigned or required
Ensure all projects in the IT Portfolio are aligned to IT PMO staffing process
B.A./B.S. degree or comparable knowledge in network related field
At least 10 years experience in end user support, experience in IT projects is preferred
Project management certification is a plus

Experience working successfully within a complex matrix structured organization is essential.
It is necessary to have the ability to understand and manage complex reporting relationships and incorporate multiple labor laws and cultures.
Requires frequent traveling
Overtime is compensated by salary
Use of cellular phone and other mobile communication devices is required
Frequent meetings or conference calls outside regular working hours (~10 times per month)
