The Visual Communications Program Manager will initiate, plan and implement projects on a global scale.  Projects will cover a broad scope of technologies used within BCG.  In addition, will serve as a Business Analyst supporting the Quick Wins and Innovation Center to help identify and resolve issues with a critical impact on service delivery.  

Program Manager for worldwide IT projects and initiatives
  • Follows functional guidance as provided by IT Senior Program Manager
  • Coordination of internal and external resources related to Enterprise IT projects
  • Preparing and controlling of project budgets
  • Assisting in the selection, evaluation and approval of  technical standards and procedures
  • External vendor selection, communication and management
  • Presents and communicates to management
  • Performs other duties as assigned or required
  • Ensure all projects in the IT Portfolio are aligned to IT PMO staffing process
 


Education/Experience
  • B.A./B.S. degree or comparable knowledge in network related field
  • At least 10  years experience in end user support, experience in IT projects is preferred 
  • Project management certification is a plus 
  • Fluent English

  • It is necessary to have the ability to understand and manage complex reporting relationships and incorporate multiple labor laws and cultures.


  • Requires frequent traveling
  • Overtime is compensated by salary
  • Use of cellular phone and other mobile communication devices is required
  • Frequent meetings or conference calls outside regular working hours (~10 times per month)
