Methods Documentation Specialist

Job Description
The Methods Documentation Specialist primary responsibility is to determine process flow for all new product, then to provide continuous support to that product throughout the manufacturing process. This person will establish and maintain all documentation required to produce the product. This involves controlling and integrating new documentation as well as ECO related activities. Strong working knowledge and use of computer systems and various software applications are beneficial in this position. The Methods Documentation Specialist will regularly interact with other functions such as Account Managers, Manufacturing Engineers, Quality, Facilitators and production personnel.

Education and Experience
High School diploma or GED
Three to five years of experience in a directly related industry or process is preferred
Knowledge of electronic components
Aegis experience preferred
Basic math skills
Detail oriented
Problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Comfortable with Excel

Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) Requirements
Employees who handle PCBs or any sensitive components are required to wear ESD protection at all times.  The ESD devices must be tested before use.
