Marketing team design is hard. A CMO must account for corporate strategy, talent development and revenue goals. They need to consider direct staffing vs. agencies and freelancers while balancing individual growth and developing a management pipeline. Org charts can also vary greatly depending on audience and market activity, and getting it wrong can limit productivity. So how do local marketing leaders address these challenges?

During our last CMO meeting, host Alex Bender shared the org chart for his Mimecast content team. The group raised questions about supporting organizations and management tradeoffs. Several audience members offered suggestions, and that led to this exciting event at TripAdvisor. Three of your peer marketing leaders will share their org charts, explain their decision making process and facilitate a conversation around what has worked and the challenges and bumps along the way.

Please come prepared to discuss your own team and suggest new team design approaches.

Our speakers:
- Chris Gaebler, CMO, Netscout
- Mark Goloboy, B2B Marketing Leader, TripAdvisor Restaurants
- Keith Lincoln, VP of Marketing, Xebia Labs

Breakfast will be served.

Note: This meeting is for CMOs and VPs of Marketing of technology companies only. Apologies for those that would like to attend but do not meet these qualifications. Contact christine@masstlc.org to learn about other opportunities to engage with the sales and marketing community.
