Becker Leadership Impact
Becker Leadership Impact is a leadership development practice that focuses on developing all leaders (especially technical mid and senior level leaders), to lead with IMPACT - inclusivity, mission-mindset, possibility-thinking, authenticity, collaboration, and team-focus. With 20 years of business experience, mostly in technical environments, Deb has worked with employees across functions and leaders at all levels to help them reach their potential.
As an ICF-certified coach whose training is grounded in a neuroscience, I coach leaders 1-1 and in small groups to uncover strengths and develop new mindsets and behaviors to increase their impact and effectiveness for themselves, their team and the overall organization.
Developing groups and teams is also a key area of focus. I create and lead highly interactive online and in-person workshops and programs to help teams work more effectively together and to support individuals having eureka moments that lead to increased influence and effectiveness.

Leader self-awareness is key for growth and increasing impact. In addition to coaching and facilitating leadership experiences I am also certified in a number of personality, leadership, and 360 assessments that can be used on their own or in conjunction with coaching or leadership development workshops.
