  • Recruit, coach and motivate a brand-new team of BDRs for NetBrain
  • Drive qualified sales meetings for the Sales teams resulting in net new pipeline
  • Identify and make recommendations to help improve productivity, efficiency, and process
  • Influence a repeatable scalable process for generating pipeline as the company scales
  • Establish 30-60-90 day plans for BDR roles
  • Conduct weekly 1:1s with each BDR and drive career progression paths for BDRs
  • Create email and call templates for BDRs to help them succeed in their roles
  • Find creative methods to build pipeline beyond just phone and email – social selling, networking and more
  • Work with sales management and training to keep your team aligned on their goals
  • Work with marketing to convert more MQLs into SQls
  • Establish weekly reporting to deliver visibility into efforts and success of the BDR org
  • Create open-communication, driving a fun and successful sales team climate


  • High degree of motivation, energy, and creativity in a fast-paced organization
  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager
  • Understanding of best practices - within a direct, B2B inside sales environment
  • Tech-savvy – deep SDFC experience and automation tools like SalesLoft, YesWare, etc.
  • Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
  • Experience managing and improving BDR KPIs
  • Consistent track record of quota overachievement as manager
  • Results oriented, metrics driven track record
  • Strong organizational and team management skills
  • Preferably a BS degree in Business, Marketing or relevant field
