Establish a vision that is informed by research, connected to business outcomes, and driven by you.
Interpret the business goals and data into creative positionings that the team can ideate on and turn into effective test-and-learn campaigns.
Lead ideation, brainstorm, and development of creative deliverables alongside other creatives across a wide range of media and platforms: social, digital, video, experiences, and content.
Oversee a team of writers, UX and graphic designers. Manage their day-to-day and longer-term goals, dreams, and development.
Responsible for team success. Collaborate closely with Brand and Product strategists, Product Managers, Designers, Engineers. Comfortable presenting to the senior execs and the C-suite.
Build trust through personal rapport. Connect with people at all levels of the organization. Listen closely, exchange ideas, and provide counsel.
Evolve the process. Follow established practices and invent new ones working closely with Project Management.
Foster an inclusive culture where people feel productive, creative, and safe. Be unafraid to name problems and move toward solutions with optimism, clarity, and calm.
Work effectively and collaboratively across all parts of the business, working alongside all sorts of stakeholders to ensure the product and team thrive.
Requirements & Qualifications:
10+ Years of experience in a Creative Director role developing and delivering campaigns, products, and experiences.
Demonstrated experience leading cross-disciplinary teams.
The capacity to work on multiple projects concurrently.
A digital, content-first approach.
A keen eye for detail.
A deep familiarity with contexts, screens, and device capabilities.
Fluent in technology and UX strategy.
