As a Senior Product Director for the Workhuman iQ product line, you’ll be responsible for building and leading a dedicated team that’s delivering the future of the human workplace through the power of analytics. This role reports to the VP or Product Management within the Product Management. The key objective of this role is to drive the creation of a new suite of products and features that are powered by insights and analysis derived from the proprietary data set generated by the Workhuman Cloud product suite. In addition to direct responsibility for advanced analytics products, this role is expected to contribute to our broader team and company data culture by sharing learnings and new techniques, partnering with others and building new capabilities for transformational data driven value delivery.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Define the strategy and execution plan for product-led analytics at Workhuman.
Build and lead a dedicated team focused on delivering customer and user value through advanced analytics offerings.
Build cross-functional ties with internal data science and analyst teams to inform product capabilities and direction.
Partner with product, growth, marketing, and operations teams to align product directions with overall company strategy.
Bring new technologies including predictive and ML-based techniques to bear in providing solutions to Workhuman customers.
Develop and manage a long-term roadmap that establishes and maintains product leadership in the area of advanced analytics in market segments where Workhuman competes.
Contribute to our team and company data culture through peer collaboration, training, coaching and more.
Required skills and experience:
BA/BS degree preferred, in Economics, Math, Statistics, or Computer Science.
10+ years of product analytics experience, preferably in a SaaS delivery model.
Experience working in quantitative or analytical role, preferably in technology or consulting.
Demonstrated experience delivery products powered by advanced analytics approaches in key market segments.
Experience leading teams that design, develop, and manage metrics dashboards for business users.
Sharp business judgement and the ability to see past the noise.
Strong communicator, attentive listener and compelling explainer.
Understanding of statistics (e.g., hypothesis testing, regression types).
Experience leading product teams via hypothesis-driven experimentation frameworks.
