Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst

As part of the Global Talent Acquisition Operations team, the Talent Acquisition Operations Analysts will provide support to the Delivery Team in a shared-services model. The position is key to the efficient operation and execution of recruiting strategies and solutions to meet company talent acquisition goals.  We are seeking a customer-focused individual that is comfortable working in a high-production and high-volume environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Create new hire offer letters. On-boarding employees once offer is accepted. Maintain the on-boarding portal

  • Schedule interviews for candidates including travel arrangements

  • Conduct background checks (new hires and current employees)

  • ATS system support

  • Internal reporting

  • Assist with any administrative tasks as required

  • Manage ad-hoc projects

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • 2+ years' experience in HR as a Recruiting Coordinator or applicable business administration experience.

  • Strong detail–orientation with excellent organizational skills and critical thinking ability

  • Customer-focus with ability to manage multiple tasks in a high volume, fast-paced environment

  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Desired Experience:

  • Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday) experience

  • Prior experience compiling and analyzing employment-related data and metrics

  • Prior experience in other HR support functions (i.e. new hire relocation, immigration, background checks, vendor on-boarding)
