Description

This program for people managers is highly interactive, virtual, and supports leaders in developing their agility, influence, and impact as well as empower their teams to problem solve and generate and own solutions. Program participants will complete the Coaching Mindset Index (CMI) assessment to better understand their default coaching style and the impacts of all styles, learn an adaptable coaching framework and key coaching skills, and also have the opportunity to learn from and practice with peers.
