Foley Hoag’s Annual Labor & Employment Seminar

What Employers Need to Know: Recent Developments in Labor & Employment

Foley Hoag’s Labor & Employment group welcomes you back in-person for our annual seminar addressing hot topics in labor, employment, and immigration law. The past year has seen new workplace rules and other legal developments that significantly impact employers, both on the federal and state levels.

Join us, as we welcome guest speaker, Lauren Goldman Moran, Chief, Fair Labor Division for the Office of the Attorney General in Massachusetts, for a roundtable discussion about areas of focus for the AG’s Fair Labor Division.

In addition, our program will feature two panels addressing a wide range of recent developments including:

•Current trends and developments in Massachusetts wage and hour law

•Impacts on separation agreements stemming from the National Labor Relations Board’s decision in McLaren McComb

•New measures requiring pay transparency from employers

•New workplace protections for pregnant workers and nursing mothers

•Developments regarding non-compete agreements, including federal efforts to ban non-competes nationwide
