Own Your Story | Money & Metrics: Using Lean Canvas to Evaluate Your Business for Long Term Growth

Tuesday, January 18, 2022 (1:00 PM - 3:00 PM) (EST)

In this interactive webinar, we’ll introduce you to the Lean Canvas method to help you get a clear picture of all the pieces of your company. You’ll build your own lean canvas to break down and analyze your business model, and set yourself up for long-term growth.

Lean Canvas is an important tool for you to keep using throughout your startup journey. It’s a visual, one-page chart with elements describing a company’s problem-solution fit, value proposition, key metrics, customers, and finances.

Whether you’re testing out a new business idea, launching a new product, or pivoting your business model, you’ll find this method helpful. It’s also a great tool to orient your pitch to investors. And a lot of investors use it to capture and evaluate a startup pitch.

Already have your own canvas? Great! Our experts will provide feedback to help you revise to meet your needs in the current situation. You’ll walk away with a better understanding of the stage you are at and the options you have to build a sustainable business.

By joining this webinar, you will
